Jin Kazama has already been glimpsed in his devilish form in materials for Tekken 8, and now he has his own trailer. “Fear my wrath,” the fighter declared, as his terrifying appearance and powers instill fear.
Judging by how he soars on his coal-black wings, the word ‘devil’ suits well to describe his appearance and abilities that surpass human capabilities. From the official description provided by Bandai Namco:
If you’ve checked out the demo version, you know that even with the power of the demonic gene, Jin couldn’t prevail in the battle against his own father, Kazuya Mishima. The youth despises his cursed blood but understands that he must learn to control it. Otherwise, he won’t be able to put an end to Kazuya’s tyranny.
According to the latest trailer, at some point, the power will consume Jin. How else to explain that he raised his hand against his own mother? In his devilish form, the fighter engages with beastly cruelty, actively using his wings and not forgetting about his supernatural powers.
With just two days left until the release of Tekken 8, the fighting game will land on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series on January 26, 2024.
